摘 要:[目的]介绍3D打印订制假体置换治疗桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的手术技术与1例临床结果。[方法]1例桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤患者术前行3D打印订制假体置换,经充分准备后,行桡骨远端瘤段切除订制假体置换术。[结果]手术顺利,切除4 cm×5 cm×6 cm桡骨肿瘤骨段,置入订制假体后,恢复软组织张力,关节匹配较好。患者术后第1 d复查腕关节X线片显示置入假体位置良好。术后切口愈合良好,1个月可行腕关节掌曲及背伸等功能活动。术后12个月患者腕关节功能活动明显改善,无疼痛不适症状,未再复发,功能恢复良好。[结论]3D打印订制假体置换可准确重建瘤段切除后的骨关节缺损。[Objective]To introduce the surgical tech-nique of customed prosthesis based on 3-dimensional print-ed model for reconstruction of osteochondral defect secondary to resection of distal radius giant cell tumor.[Methods]After customed distal radius prosthesis was obtained based on a 3-dimensional printed model of the radius,a patient underwent total resection of the tumor segment of giant cell tumor,and recon-struction of osteochondral defect with the customed prosthesis.[Results]The operation was performed successfully with a 4 cm×5 cm×6 cm tumor segment resected,and proper fitness of the prosthesis in the distal radius obtained.The X-ray films revealedthe prosthesis in good position at 1 day after operation.The patient got primary incision healing postoperatively and regained ac-tive wrist flexion-extension motion at 1 month after operation.At 12 months after operation,the patients had considerable im-provement of wrist function without pain and reoccurrence of the tumor.[Conclusion]The customed prosthesis based on 3-di-mensional printed model facilitates to precisely reconstruct the osteochondral defect secondary to tumor segmental resection.
