探讨传递窗紫外灯不同照射时间对实验物品的消毒效果

摘　　要：目的探讨屏障设施传递窗里紫外灯不同照射时间对实验物品的消毒效果。方法将实验物品放置传递窗紫外灯照射15min、20min、30min和60min,采样检测物品表面的菌落总数和金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌。结果经过消毒液擦拭的签字笔、眼镜、百毒杀瓶和A4纸张放在四面有紫外灯管的传递窗中分别照射消毒15min、20min、30min和60min,细菌消亡率均可达到100%。结论实验物品放置在四面有紫外灯管的传递窗照射15min,物品表面可达到消毒合格标准。传递窗紫外灯消毒时间可设定为每次15min。Objective:To investigate the barrier facilities transfer window UV lamps of different irradiation time on test items disinfection effect.Methods:The experimental items placed in the transfer window UV lamp 15min,20min,30min and 60min,sampling detection of total number of colony surfaces and Staphylococcus aureus,mold.Results:After signing,disinfectant wipe glasses,killing hundreds of bottles and A4 paper on the four transfer window UV lamp irradiation disinfection respectively 15min,20min,30min and 60min,the bacterial decay rate can reach 100%.Conclusion:The experimental items are placed on a four transfer window irradiation with 15min UV lamp,object surface disinfection can be achieved qualification standard.The transfer window ultraviolet lamp disinfection time can be set for each 15min.
