摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,对人才的要求也越来越高,近年来我国为了提升人才整体素质,一直在推进和深化教育改革,尤其是为了促进和提升民族地区的教育水平,在教育体制和教育保障方面采取了很多有力的措施,但是,对于一些贫困的民族地区,由于经济落后,又缺乏高素质的人才,尤其是缺乏研究生及研究生以上学历的人才,形成了恶性循环。因此,如何做好和完善民族地区研究生人才的资助体系,运用国家贷款等资助体系,为民族地区的经济发展提供人才保障,成为国家及民族地区面临的一个问题。With the development of China’s economy,the demand for talents is becoming higher and higher.In recent years,in order to improve the overall quality of talents,China has been promoting and deepening the education reform,especially in order to promote and enhance the education level of ethnic areas,many powerful measures have been taken in the education system and education security.However,for some poor ethnic areas,due to economic backwardness and the lack of high-quality talents,especially those who are with graduate or higher education,has formed a vicious circle.Therefore,how to do well and improve the funding system for graduate students in ethnic areas,and how to use the funding system such as national loans to provide talent guarantee for the economic development of ethnic areas has become a problem facing the country and ethnic areas.
