摘　　要：教育部实施的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”对于培养一批创新型计算机工程人才产生了深远影响,但“卓越计划”实施已经十年,2020年是验收成果的一年,同时也是总结问题、分析问题、进一步发展的契机,本文将结合计算机行业的高校教育与“卓越人才”的培养理念与实践,分析现存的问题并且提出相对应的措施,希望不断促进相关专业教育的发展与人才的培养,让人才与需求进一步契合。The"excellent engineer education and training plan"implemented by the Ministry of education has a far-reaching impact on the cultivation of a number of innovative computer engineering talents.However,the implementation of the"excellence plan"has been ten years,and 2020 is a year of acceptance results.At the same time,it is also an opportunity to summarize,analyze and further develop.This paper will combine the university education of computer industry with the cultivation of"outstanding talents"concept and practice,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding measures,hoping to promote the development of relevant professional education and personnel training,so that talents and demand further meet.
