摘  要:当前国内外绝大多数凹印复合薄膜软包装印刷所采用的油墨仍是溶剂油墨,其对人体健康危害大且加剧了环境污染,而环保性更高的水性薄膜凹印复合油墨仍在研发中,依然存在着很多问题,如润湿性差、干燥速度慢、稳定性差等。针对这些问题,除了选择合适的连结料,筛选与连结料组分匹配的助剂也是制备性能优异的水性薄膜凹印复合油墨的重点工作。通过实验得出,将润湿剂W2(0.5%,质量分数)应用于水性薄膜凹印复合油墨中,其润湿效果佳;消泡剂D1(0.2%,质量分数)的消泡抑泡效果好。此外,实验结果表明将乙醇作为水性薄膜凹印油墨的助溶剂时,随着乙醇含量逐渐增加,油墨的初干性逐渐升高、彻干性逐渐降低,水性油墨的干燥速度提高。水性油墨的挥发性有机物(VOCs)可以控制在30%以内,当乙醇含量为28%时,水性薄膜凹印复合油墨的印刷速度可达200m/min。Solvent inks were usually used for film printing of gravure.It is urgent to research the water-based gravure lamination ink with excellent performances because of its environmental protection and no harm to people’s health.However,there are still some problems to be solved in water-based gravure lamination ink,such as poor wettability,slowly drying speed and poor consistent.The printability of water-based gravure lamination ink for film could be improved by adjusting the additives.It is showed that the wetting agent W2 which mass fraction is 0.5%can improve wetting property of water-based gravure lamination ink.When the mass fraction of defoamer D1 is 0.2%,it shows excellent defoaming ability.When the ethanol is used as a co-solvent for water-based gravure lamination ink,the value of initial drying increases and the value of thorough drying decreases with increasing ethanol content,which means that the drying speed of water-based inks increases.VOCs of water-based gravure lamination ink can be controlled within 30%,and the printing speed of water-based gravure lamination ink with 28%ethanol is 200m/min.
