摘  要:为了进一步提高计算机专色配色的准确性,保证不同批次印刷生产过程中颜色达到一致,选取Pantone356C、Pantone178C、Pantone1525C、Pantone712C、Pantone127C和Pantone2925C 6个专色以及金色、银色、荧光绿、荧光蓝4个超色域颜色作为目标色,建立高感金红、高感大红、高感蓝、增固型品红、增固型黄、高浓度黑的6色油墨的基础数据库。基于Kubelka-Munk单常数光谱匹配算法、三刺激值算法以及光谱反射算法与三刺激值算法的混合算法,分别建立配色模型,计算样品配方,对比三种不同的配色模型的配色精度。实验结果表明,基于光谱反射算法与三刺激值算法的混合算法计算的配方色与目标色的色差均小于1,符合高端印刷产品ΔE≤1.0的要求,证明了基于混合算法计算的配方的准确性和实用性。In order to further improve the accuracy of computer spot color matching,ensure that the colors are consistent in the printing production process of different batches,6 spot colors of Pantone356C,Pantone178C,Pantone1525C,Pantone712C,Pantone127C,Pantone2925C,and 4 ultra color gamut colors of gold,silver,fluorescent green,fluorescent blue were selected as the target color samples.A base database of 6-color inks,high-sensitivity gold red,high-sensitivity red,high-sensitivity blue,enhanced magenta,enhanced yellow,and high-density black,were established.Based on Kubelka-Munk single-constant spectral matching algorithm,tristimulus value algorithm,and a hybrid algorithm that was used the combination of spectral reflection algorithm and tristimulus value algorithm,the color matching model was established to calculate the target color sample formula,and the color matching accuracy of three different color matching models was compared.The experimental results showed that the formula of the target color sample and the color difference of the target color sample calculated based on the hybrid algorithm of the spectral reflection algorithm and the tristimulus value algorithm were both less than 1,which met the requirements of printing high-end productsΔE≤1.0,which proved the accuracy and practicability of the formula based on the hybrid algorithm.
