摘 要:我国喷墨印刷技术研究起步较晚,设计一套稳定可靠的供墨系统且提高脱气效果是保证喷墨印刷质量的重要因素。本研究设计了一套循环供墨系统,包括供墨部分、喷头前部分、循环墨路部分和脱气模块部分;并通过脱气实验,测试了不同类型的脱气模块的脱气效果;同时,测试了在墨路中增加和不增加电磁阀与接管时,需要的管长数值。测试结果表明,本研究设计出的供墨系统能保持墨水在次级墨盒、喷头、循环墨盒三者之间持续循环,减少因墨水不流动而产生的絮状物沉淀;脱气肺体积更大,有益于提高初始脱气效率,但脱气肺的能力不会随时间增加而增加。并且,通过减少管长,可以抵消在墨路中增加电磁阀或接管对供墨流速的影响。本研究设计出的供墨系统成功应用于自主研发的高速喷墨印刷机上,为提高国产印刷机的技术水平提供了有力支撑。The research on inkjet print technology started relatively late in China.It is so important to design a set of stable and reliable ink supply system.And degassing the bubbles in the ink pipe is also significant to ensure the print quality.In this study,one system of circulated ink supply was designed,which composed of ink supply part,pre-printhead part,circulating ink flow part and degassing module part.And an experiment was accomplished to test the degassing effect of different types of degassing modules.Then what’s the suitable ink pipe length was calculated when there was the electromagnetic valve or not,and when there was the pipe joint or not.Ink supply system designed in the study can ensure the ink circulating through secondary ink box,printhead and circulated ink box continually,to mostly reduce the flocculation caused by the non-flow ink.Degassing experiment indicated that the lager the volume of degassing lung,the better the degassing effect initially.However,the ability of degassing lung will not increase as time goes on,but remain the same.Furthermore,it will compensate the effect of increasing valve or pipe joint through reducing pipe length.This ink supply system was successfully applied in high speed inkjet printing press which was self-developed.It will be the powerful support to improve the technical level of domestic printing press.
