摘  要:介绍了吲哚及其衍生物的合成方法,进一步对以苯胺及其同系物为原料分别与炔烃、环氧乙烷、乙二醇反应合成吲哚及其衍生物的方法进行了总结,重点阐述了苯胺和乙二醇体系合成吲哚及其衍生物的优缺点,并对反应机理进行了分析汇总。基于文献分析发现,以乙二醇和苯胺合成吲哚的反应机理尚不明确,且存在反应温度较高、催化剂失活严重、收率和选择性有待提高等问题,故进一步提出对以乙二醇和苯胺为原料合成吲哚的反应进行研究,以期在阐明反应机理的基础上实现吲哚的高效合成,为乙二醇的高值转化提供有效途径。At present, the domestic production of coal-based ethylene glycol has increased significantly year by year, but the quality index has not reached the requirement of polyester production. Therefore, it is of great market demand and economic significance to conduct research on the high-value fine conversion of glycol. Indole, as one of the downstream products of glycol, is widely used in biology, medicine, food, dyes, spices, pesticides and other fields. This paper introduces the synthesis methods of indoles and its derivatives, and the methods for the synthesis of indole and its derivatives from aniline and its homologues with alkyne, ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis of indole and its derivatives from aniline and ethylene glycol systems were highlighted, and the reaction mechanism was analyzed and summarized. Based on literature analysis, it is found that the reaction mechanism of synthesizing indole with ethylene glycol and aniline is not clear, and there are problems such as high reaction temperature, serious catalyst deactivation, yield and selectivity to be improved. This paper further studies the reaction of ethylene glycol and aniline as raw materials for the synthesis of indole in order to clarify the reaction mechanism and realize the efficient synthesis of indole, which provides an effective way for the high value conversion of ethylene glycol.
