摘　　要：研究探讨了我国军改后如何在兵种主建、战区主战的模式下,解决好平、战时的装备维修保障工作。通过对基于性能的保障(PBL)、平战结合、军民一体化的装备维修保障模式的研究,提出了适合现代军工体制特色,同时也能使军队原有的维修保障编制单位在新军事斗争中继续发挥出原有作用的后勤保障模式。作为提高工业部门装备维修保障效益的一条有效途径推进新时期保障深度发展。Discussed how to solve the equipment maintenance and support work in peacetime and wartime after China’s military reform.Through the research on the equipment maintenance support mode based on performance-based(PBL),civil-military integration and equipment maintenance support mode at both peacetime and wartime,it put forward a more suitable logistic support mode for characteristics of the modern military system,which makes the army’s original maintenance support unit continue to play the role of tbackbone in the new military struggle.As an effective way to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance support in industrial departments,it would promote the in-depth development of civil-military integration support.
