对比分析经发际内耳前-耳后联合入路切除/常规口腔颌面“S”形切口切除手术应用于腮腺肿瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的对比分析经发际内耳前-耳后联合入路切除/常规口腔颌面"S"形切口切除手术应用于腮腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的136例腮腺肿瘤患者,随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用常规口腔颌面"S"形切口切除手术,观察组使用经发际内耳前-耳后联合入路切除手术,对比两组患者对外观的满意度、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果观察组对外观的满意度、生活质量均高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,以上三项指标P<0.05。结论经发际内耳前-耳后联合入路切除腮腺肿瘤疗效显著,可广泛在临床推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of combined anterior and posterior internal ear approach and conventional oral and maxillofacial"s"incision in parotid gland tumor.Methods 136 patients with parotid gland tumor in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional oral and maxillofacial"s"incision resection,and the observation group was treated with combined anterior and posterior internal ear approach via hairline internal ear.The satisfaction of appearance,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of appearance and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined approach of anterior and posterior internal ear is effective in parotid gland tumor resection,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
