摘 要:文章针对人因类课程建设中出现的问题,指出了建设人因类课群优秀团队的必要性,并结合高校课程开展的实际情况总结了引入"协同教学"理念、以"科研反哺教学"模式、个性化模式提升教学能力、以及以学生为中心的"双赢模式"教学等人因类课群团队建设的具体方案策略,这为工业设计专业人因类课群的教学改革提出了新的思路。According to the characteristics of industrial design specialty,the necessity of team construction of excellent human factors course group is pointed out in this paper based on the problems existing in the course offering of human factors courses.Combined with the actual situation of curriculum development in colleges,it is summarized the specific strategies for the team building of class group,such as introducing the concept of"collaborative teaching",designing personalized teaching methods,taking"scientific research feedback teaching"mode,and emphasizing the student-centered"guide type"teaching mode.Finally,the key problems to be solved in the team construction of human factors course group are put forward,which provides a new idea for the teaching reform of human factors class group of industrial design specialty.
