传统家具拆装结构在现代家具设计中的应用

摘　　要：将传统家具拆装结构用于现代家具设计,可改善框架式家具体型大,不便运输的缺点。本文研究了传统家具的可拆装结构,将其分为构件锁扣型拆装和构件嵌入式拆装两种类型,对其形式、结构和应用部位进行了总结,并确立了可拆装结构的应用原则。结合实践说明了在现代实木家具设计中应用传统可拆装结构,可解决板式结构易损的问题,还能节约生产、运输及安装成本,提高现代实木家具的整体效益。The traditional removable structure used in the design of modern solid wood furniture can improve the disadvantages of frame furniture,such as large size and inconvenient transportation.It studied the detachable structure of traditional furniture,classified them into two types:component lock type disassembly and component embedded disassembly and assembly,summarized their structure and application parts,and also,it established the application principles of removable structure.It illustrated that the application of traditional detachable structure in the design of modern solid wood furniture can solve the problem of plate structure vulnerability,and save the costs of production,transportation and installation,improve the overall efficiency of modern wood furniture.
