摘  要:以2,3-丁二醇和没食子酸为原料通过酯化反应合成了锈转化剂Rust CA,并辅以成膜剂、固化剂、稀释剂、消泡剂等制备了一种具有良好带锈施工性能和防腐蚀性能的绿色锈转化涂料。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析了锈转化剂及其转化涂层的结构、组成及形貌;测试了锈转化涂层的附着力、耐冲击性能、电化学性能及耐盐雾腐蚀性能;并对涂层在南方自然环境、水浸泡环境和紫外环境中进行了模拟工况的适应性评价。结果表明,涂层附着力达Ⅰ级,耐冲击强度达5.79J,盐雾腐蚀720h后未出现起泡、起皱、脱落现象;在3种环境中该涂层在南方自然环境中的适应性最好。A rust transforming agent(Rust CA)was prepared by esterification of 2,3-butanediol and gallic acid.A green rust transforming coating,having good rust construction performance and corrosion resistance was prepared by adding film forming agent,curing agent,diluent and defoamer.IR spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the structure,component and morphology of the rust transforming agent and rust transforming coating.Adhesion,impact resistance,electrochemical performance and salt spray corrosion resistance of the coating were tested.The applicability of coatings under simulated conditions was evaluated in natural environment of southern China,water immersion environment and UV environment.The results show that the adhesion reached levelⅠ,impact strength reached 5.79 J.There was no blistering,wrinkling or falling after 720 h salt spray corrosion test.The coating had the best adaptability in natural environment of southern China compared with other two experimental conditions.
