摘　　要：目的 :总结一期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌并急性完全性梗阻经验。方法 :回顾性分析30例左半结肠癌并急性完全性梗阻一期切除吻合的临床资料。结果 :1例切口裂开 ,1例切口感染 ,2 8例术后经过顺利 ,无 1例发生吻合口漏。结论 :适应证掌握好 ,术前、术中、术后处理得当 ,左半结肠癌并急性完全性梗阻一期切除吻合是可行的。Objective: To summarize the experience of one-stage resection and anastomosis in treating left semicolon carcinoma associated with acute complete obstruction. Methods: Clinical data of 30 cases of left semicolon carcinoma associated with acute complete obstruction underwent one-stage resection and anastomosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Disruption of wound occured in one case and infection of incision in another one, 28 cases were cured, No anastomosis fistula occured in one case. Conclusion: One-stage resection and anastomosis is effective for treatment of left semicolon carcinoma associated with acute complete obstruction by well mastering indications and proper management before, during and after operation.
