摘　　要：建筑业产业转型迫在眉睫,发展建筑装配化产业是建筑业十三五“绿色转型”的重要举措。本研究以建筑装配化产业为对象,结合我国的特定建筑产业情景,进而剖析出建筑企业转型升级所需的动态能力维度。The transformation of the construction industry is imminent,and the development of the construction assembly industry is an important measure for the"green transformation"of the construction industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.This study takes the construction assembly industry as the object and combines China's specific construction industry scenarios to analyze the dynamic capability dimensions required for the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.
