摘　　要：随着市场需求的不断扩大,我国软件代理行业逐渐呈现竞争态势,并愈演愈烈。X公司作为行业中的中型企业,也面临着行业快速发展相伴而来的机会与威胁。论文基于IFE矩阵、EFE矩阵,结合SWOT分析法对X公司的战略进行分析,根据分析结果尝试为X公司制定相适应的发展战略。With the continuous expansion of market demand,China's software agent industry gradually presents a competitive situation,and it is becoming increasingly fierce.As a medium-sized enterprise in the industry,X company is also facing opportunities and threats accompanied by the rapid development of the industry.Based on the IFE matrix and EFE matrix,combined with SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the strategy of X company,and tries to formulate a suitable development strategy for X company according to the analysis results.
