摘　　要：分布式创新是现代企业面对知识经济及全球化的挑战所构建的一种新型创新模式。首先从企业间知识流动的视角出发,深入分析影响分布式创新的关键因素,包括知识源因素、知识属性因素及情景因素三方面。接着建构知识集聚、知识创造及知识优势生成的三阶段动态演化过程模型。最后提出两层面的关系治理行为:一是各阶段内部关系治理,包括知识集聚阶段的知识共享、知识创造阶段的知识整合及知识优势生成阶段的知识场;二是各阶段之间的关系治理,知识网络的管理能力是其中重要的调节性变量。研究尝试打开企业利用各方资源生成知识优势的分布式创新"黑箱"。Distributed innovation is a new model that modern enterprise builds when facing the challenge of knowledge economy and globalization.Firstly,from the perspective of knowledge flow among enterprises,this paper analyzes three key factors affecting distributed innovation thoroughly including knowledge source,knowledge attribute and knowledge context,and then constructs three-phase dynamic evolution process model of knowledge accumulation,knowledge creation and knowledge advantage formation,finally,two-level relational governance behavior is proposed:one is relationship in different stages of the internal governance,such as knowledge sharing of the knowledge accumulation phase,knowledge integration of the knowledge creation stage and knowledge field of the knowledge advantage generation stage;the other is relational governance among the three stages,and knowledge network management ability is the important regulatory variable.The paper tries to open the"black box"of distributed innovation that enterprises take advantage of all sorts of resources to generate knowledge advantage.
