网络特征与众创空间绩效关系——基于定性比较分析方法的研究

摘　　要：众创空间社会网络与合作伙伴社会网络的复杂交织关系是众创空间的突出特点,对提升众创空间绩效具有重要影响。基于社会网络理论,运用聚焦组态效应的定性比较分析法(QCA),探讨网络特征要素的组态效应对众创空间绩效产生的影响。研究表明:(1)获得众创空间高绩效有赖于网络特征要素间的组态效应,并且存在3种路径均可提升众创空间绩效,即网络中心性-关系强度主导型、网络结构主导型和关系嵌入主导型;(2)众创空间不同网络特征要素之间存在相互替补效应,这有利于获得众创空间高绩效;(3)网络中心性和关系强度是影响众创空间高绩效的核心条件,二者能有效增强网络特征对提升众创空间绩效的积极作用。The complex relationship between makerspace’s social network and partners’social network is a prominent characteristics of makerspace,which has important influence on makerspace’s performance.Based on the theory of social network,this paper uses Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)of focusing configuration effect to explore the influence of configuration effect of network characteristics elements on the performance of makerspace creation.The results show that:(1)Obtaining high makerspace’s performance depends on the configuration effect among network characteristics elements,and there are three paths to improve makerspace’s performance,namely network centralitytie strength dominant,network structure dominant and relationship embedding dominant.(2)There are mutual replacement phenomena among different network characteristics,which is beneficial to obtain high makerspace’s performance.(3)Network centrality and tie strength are the core conditions that affect high makerspace’s performance,both effectively enhancing the positive effect of network characteristics on improving makerspace’s performance.
