健脾清幽汤联合四联药物补救治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性慢性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾清幽汤联合四联药物治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)根除失败后慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将所有入选患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,对照组予以胶体果胶铋胶囊与雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,均餐前口服;克拉霉素缓释片与阿莫西林胶囊,均餐后服用。治疗组同时加用健脾清幽汤。治疗结束后4周后复查14C呼气试验及观察临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组Hp根除率优于对照组,P<0.01;治疗组对临床症状的改善优于对照组,P<0.01;总体疗效对比治疗组亦优于对照组,0.01<P<0.05。结论:健脾清幽汤联合西药补救治疗Hp感染性慢性胃炎可明显提高幽门螺杆菌根除率并改善临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Jianpi Qingyou decoction(健脾清幽汤)plus quadruple drug on Hp infectious chronic gastritis.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group received colloidal pectin bismuth capsules and rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,clarithromycin sustained-release tablets and amoxicillin capsules.The treatment group was treated with the Jianpi Qingyou decoction more.Results:The Hp eradication rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).The clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(0.01<P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Qingyou decoction plus western medicine can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp,the clinical symptoms and the efficiency.
