摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法治理论是中国特色社会主义理论体系的有机组成部分,指导着中国特色社会主义的法治建设实践。中国特色社会主义法治理论的历史逻辑不是一蹴而就的,而是有着深厚而丰实的理论根基,既来源于精深的马克思主义法治思想,汲取中国传统法律文化的思想精华,又借鉴西方法治思想的有益经验,同时在中国共产党探索依法治国的理论和实践中与时俱进。习近平全面依法治国新理念新思想新战略标注了新时代马克思主义法治思想中国化的新高度,是推动实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的根本遵循。The theory of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an organic part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,guiding the practice of the construction of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The historical logic of the theory of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is not achieved overnight,but has a profound and substantial theoretical foundation.It not only comes from the profound Marxist rule of law thought,draws on the essence of traditional Chinese legal culture,and draws on the usefulness of Western rule of law.Experience,while advancing with the times in the CPC's exploration of the theory and practice of governing the country by law.Xi Jinping's new concept,new thinking,and new strategy for comprehensively governing the country according to law marked the new height of the sinicization of Marxist rule of law in the new era,and is the fundamental follow to promote the realization of the"two centenary"goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
