养胃颗粒联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用养胃颗粒联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊的临床疗效以及对其产生的影响。方法:将132例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用随机数字表法平分为2组各66例(试验组与对照组),对照组运用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊单一治疗,试验组运用养胃颗粒与奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合治疗。对其治疗效果、治疗前后胃镜评价、脾胃虚弱证等评分进行数据对比分析。结果:治疗前,2组胃镜评价、脾胃虚弱证评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组胃镜评价、脾胃虚弱证评分较前改善,且试验组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗,总有效率试验组为96.97%,对照组为87.88%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎采取养胃颗粒联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗相比奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊单一治疗临床效果显著,可改善患者症状。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangwei granules combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence. Methods:A total of 132 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided equally into the experiment group and the control group according to the random number table method,66 cases in each group. The control group was simply treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules,and the experiment group was additionally treated with Yangwei granules based on the treatment of the control group. The scores of the evaluation of gastroscopy and spleen-stomach weakness syndrome before and after treatment as well as the curative effect were compared and analyzed. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of the evaluation of gastroscopy and spleen-stomach weakness syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the above scores in the two groups were improved, and the improvement in the experiment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.97% in the experiment group and 87.88% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with that of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules alone, the therapy of Yangwei granules combined with omeprazole entericcoated capsules has significant clinical effect in treating patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, and can improve their symptoms.
