成功考研学生群体特性视角下高校考研指导工作研究

摘　　要：近年来,高等院校本科生考研人数不断增加,考研指导工作显得越来越重要,如何提高考研指导工作的有效性是一个值得研究的课题。通过对东华理工大学近两年部分成功考研学生的情况进行调查发现,他们具有班干部比例较高、本科期间学业成绩总体优秀、考研复习计划详细、时间安排合理、与导师保持联系等特点,对这些群体特性进行分析,并从这个视角下为高校的考研指导工作提供参考建议。In recent years,the number of the undergraduates who take part in postgraduate entrance examination in higher education institutions has been increasing,and the examination guidance work is becoming more and more important.How to improve the effectiveness of the guidance work is a topic which is worth of studying.Based on the investigation into partial students in East China University of Technology who have succeeded in postgraduate entrance examination in recent years,we find that they have some common characteristics,such as high proportion of class cadres,excellent academic performance during the undergraduate period,detailed review plan,reasonable time schedule,close contacting with the tutor and so on.This paper analyzes these group characteristics and provides some suggestions for the guidance of postgraduate entrance examination in universities from this perspective.
