摘 要:实施创新创业教育是我国高校培养高素质应用型人才的必然选择,其关键在于打造一支数量充足、结构合理的高水平的创新创业教育师资队伍。目前我国高校创新创业教育师资队伍面临着数量短缺、组成结构单一、胜任力不足等困境。为破解这些困境,必须建立和完善创新创业教育教师培训体系,建立教师创业或到企业挂职锻炼制度,打造多元化的创新创业教育兼职教师队伍,打造职业化、专业化的创新创业教育师资队伍,并建立科学的教师考核评价体系。Implementing innovative and entrepreneurial education is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to train highquality applied talents in China. The key lies in building a high-level innovative and entrepreneurial education faculty with sufficient quantity and reasonable structure. At present, the teaching staff of innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities is facing the dilemma of shortage in the number of teachers, single composition structure and inadequate competence. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to establish and improve the teacher training system, establish the system of teachers’ entrepreneurship or on-the-job training in enterprises, build a diversified team of part-time teachers of innovative and entrepreneurial education, build a professional team of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers, and establish a scientific evaluation system for teachers.
