摘 要:目的探讨水解乳清蛋白配方(HPF)对过敏性疾病婴幼儿自然杀伤细胞(NK)亚群分布的影响。方法选择2019年1月—2020年2月本院诊治的过敏性疾病婴幼儿150例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法把患儿分为HPF组、普通奶粉组和单纯母乳组三组,每组各50例,分别给予HPF、普通奶粉与母乳喂养,三组治疗观察时间为3个月。结果HPF组、普通奶粉组、单纯母乳组的总有效率分别为98.0%、84.0%和96.0%,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPF组、单纯母乳组的身长与体重增长速度都显著高于普通奶粉组(P<0.05)。三组治疗后的血清白介素IL-6、IL-8含量低于治疗前,HPF组、单纯母乳组也低于普通奶粉组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后的外周血NK细胞亚群分布比例高于治疗前,HPF组、单纯母乳组也高于普通奶粉组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水解乳清蛋白配方在过敏性疾病婴幼儿的应用能增加NK细胞亚群分布,抑制血清IL-6、IL-8的释放,从而提高治疗效果,增加婴幼儿的的身长与体重增长速度。Objective To explore the effect of Hydrolyzed Protein Formula(HPF)on the distribution of natural killer cell(NK)subgroups in infants and children with allergic diseases.Methods From January 2019 to February 2020,150 cases of infants or children with allergic diseases diagnosed and treated in Longyan people's hospital were selected as the research object.All the cases were divided into the the HPF group,the milk powder group,breast milk group,with 50 cases in each group,and they were given HPF,milk powder and breast feeding,the observation time on treatment was 3 months.Results The total effective rates of HPF group,milk powder group and breast milk group were 98.0%,84.0% and 96.0%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length and weight growth rate of HPF group and breast milk group were significantly higher than that of milk powder group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 after treatment in the three groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and those of the HPF group and the breast milk group were lower than the ordinary milk powder group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The distribution ratio of NK cell subsets in the peripheral blood of the three groups after treatment were higher than that before treatment,and those of the HPF group and the breast milk group were also higher than the milk powder group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of hydrolyzed protein formula in infants and children with allergic diseases could increase the distribution of NK cell subsets and inhibit the release of serum IL-6 and IL-8,thereby improve the therapeutic effect and increasing the length and weight growth rate of infants and young children.
