摘　　要：大数据已经成为教育创新、教育变革的重要推手。文章利用大数据技术分析学生的课堂打卡签到数据和学业成绩数据,从而划分大学生的社交圈,进而定量分析社交圈中学生个体之间的关系对学业成绩的影响。具体来说,文章利用手肘法和FCM聚类算法对课堂打卡签到数据进行聚类分析,将学生划分为不同的社交圈,构建了空间权重矩阵和空间自回归模型,并基于学生各学期的成绩数据计算出空间权重系数显著大于0,从而得出结论:社交圈中的朋友关系对学业成绩有显著影响。文章的研究成果对于科学划分大学生的社交圈、指导大学生的社交行为、提升大学生的管理和服务水平具有重要价值。Big data has become an important driver of educational innovation and reform.This paper analyzed students’classroom check-in data and academic achievement data using the big data technology,and thus dividing college students’social circles.Then,how the relationship among students in social circles affected their academic achievements was quantitatively analyzed.Specifically,this paper used elbow method and FCM clustering algorithm to carry out cluster analysis on classroom check-in data,divided students into different social circles,constructed the spatial weight matrix and spatial autoregressive models,and the calculated spatial weight coefficient was significantly greater than 0 based on the students’academic achievement data in each semester.It was concluded that the relationship among friends in social circles had a significant impact on academic achievement.The research result of this paper was of great value for scientifically driving college students’social circles,guiding their social behaviors,and improving college students’management and service levels.
