论习近平中国文化观的精神特质和实践品格

摘　　要：习近平的中国文化观可以说是以"和合"为特质的文化观念。习近平的中国文化观在内容结构上体现着中华优秀传统文化、社会主义先进文化和革命文化以及与马克思主义的有机融合的和合特征,在精神追求和价值目标上体现着对和合的肯定和目的诉求。这种以和合为质的文化观念以中华优秀传统文化为基础、为根本,同时又体现出对中华传统文化的某种超越,体现出习近平对中华传统文化深刻的理性认知。习近平这种独具特色的和合文化观不仅在理论上体现出对传统"和合"思想认知的新境界,在实践上更体现出他对传统和合文化创造性应用的实践品格。这充分体现在他提出的以"绿色发展"为政策导向的人与自然和谐共生的生态文明观、和而不同的国际观和构建人类命运共同体等为解决人类终极生存的中国方案上。Xi Jinping’s Chinese culture views are characterized by harmony,whose content structure demonstrates harmonious integration of fine Chinese traditional culture,advanced socialist culture and revolution culture and Marxism,and the approval and pursuit of harmony in spirit pursuit and value aims.The harmony culture views take fine Chinese traditional culture as the base and root,and show some breakthrough from it,which expresses Xi Jinping’s rational recognition of Chinese traditional culture,which also demonstrates his new vision of understanding harmony and creative practice character in applying traditional harmony culture.That is fully demonstrated in his ecological civilization view of human and nature coexisting harmoniously guided by green development,harmonious but different international view,and his China Plan of building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind to solve human beings’ultimate existence.
