摘  要:某铁路隧道开通运营后轨道板发生开裂,采用锚索对隧道底部进行加固。为分析整治效果,采用锚索测力计对锚索拉力进行自动监测。监测过程中出现锚索测力计监测值与液压千斤顶输入压力不匹配现象,因此对不匹配原因进行分析。研究结果表明,锚索测力计、液压千斤顶、偏心受力的影响不是造成监测数据发生偏差的主要原因;限位板尺寸不匹配导致锚索张拉应力发生损失;注浆浆体强度须达到设计标准后进行锚索张拉;超张拉比例可根据锁定应力损失比平均值确定。After the opening and operation of a railway tunnel,the track plate cracked,and the bottom of the tunnel was reinforced with the anchor cables. In order to analyze the remediation effect,an anchor cable dynamometer was used to automatically monitor the tension of the anchor cables. During the monitoring process,there was a mismatch between the monitoring value of the anchor cable dynamometer and the input pressure of the hydraulic jack,and the reasons for the mismatch were analyzed. The research results show that the anchor cable dynamometer,hydraulic jack,and eccentric stress are not the main reasons for the deviation of the monitoring data. The mismatch of the limit plate size leads to the loss of the anchor cable tensile stress. The strength of the grouting slurry must reach the design standard only then can the anchor cable be stretched. The over-tension ratio can be determined according to the average value of the locking stress loss ratio.
