医用生物蛋白胶应用于颌骨囊肿刮除术中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析颌骨囊肿刮除术中应用医用生物蛋白胶的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的颌骨囊肿行颌骨囊肿刮除术患者83例作为研究对象,对照组(n=41)术中应用碘仿纱条充填,观察组(n=42)术中应用医用生物蛋白胶充填,对比两组患者术后术区肿胀程度、疼痛程度、白细胞水平、骨质增生厚度及新骨密度。结果观察组术后轻度肿胀、明显肿胀发生率、白细胞水平、VAS评分低于对照组,无明显肿胀发生率、新骨密度、骨质增生厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医用生物蛋白胶应用于颌骨囊肿刮除术中能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛及术区肿胀程度,降低白细胞水平,提升新骨密度及骨质增生厚度。Objective To analyze the effect of medical bioprotein glue in the curettage of jaw cyst.Methods Eighty-three patients with jaw cysts underwent curettage of jaw cyst from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected.The control group was filled with iodoform gauze during surgery.The observation group was filled with medical bioprotein glue during surgery.The degree of swelling,pain,white blood cell level,bone hyperplasia thickness,and new bone density were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of mild swelling and conspicuous swelling,leukocyte level,and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of inconspicuous swelling,new bone density,and bone hyperplasia thickness were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical bioprotein glue in the curettage of jaw cyst can effectively reduce the postoperative pain and swelling degree of patients,reduce the level of white blood cells,and increase the new bone density and bone hyperplasia thickness.
