摘　　要：对德温特数据库医疗健康与人工智能领域专利信息进行综合分析,包括专利申请演进过程、专利申请国-申请人分布及研究热点、技术点等方面,总结我国智慧医疗服务产业存在的问题、挑战并提出建议,包括重视产业布局、打造医疗人工智能生态链、加强跨学科人才培养等。The paper comprehensively analyzes the patent information in the field of medical health and Artificial Intelligence(AI)of Derwent Innovations Index(DII),including the aspects of the evolution of patent application,distribution of patent application country-applicant,study hotspots and technical points,summarizes the existing problems and challenges of domestic smart medical service industry and puts forward suggestions,including attaching importance to industrial layout,building medical AI ecological chain,strengthening interdisciplinary talent training,etc.
