高校艺术档案资源开发利用与管理探析

摘　　要：国内高校艺术档案的生产数量庞大,但纳入档案管理的数量稀少,且资源固化严重,开发和利用形式单一,影响力低下。管理意识薄弱导致艺术档案资源流失,权利限制规则导致校方和师生均无动力对艺术档案实施开发,管理制度欠缺导致管理基础薄弱,艺术档案本身的复用性导致档案开放管理困难。因此,高校应以制度建设为核心,提高艺术档案管理和开发程度,全面培养高校艺术档案管理者和产生者的档案意识,对职务作品权利限制予以一定程度的缓释,加强艺术档案的数字化程度,优化档案管理措施,拓展艺术档案开发利用形式。The number of art archives produced in domestic colleges and universities is huge,but the number that is incorporated into archives management is scarce.In rare art archives,the resources are solidified seriously,the development and utilization form is single,and the influence is low.Weak management awareness leads to the loss of art archives resources,rights restriction rules cause schools,teachers and students to have no motivation to develop art archives,lack of management systems leads to weak management foundations,and the reusability of art archives itself makes it difficult to open archives.Therefore,colleges and universities should improve the management and development of art archives with system construction as the core,comprehensively cultivate the archive awareness of art archives managers and producers in colleges and universities,relax the restrictions on the rights of professional works to a certain extent,and strengthen the digitalization of art archives by optimizing archive management measures and expanding the development and utilization of art archives.
