摘  要:目的探索组织氛围感知对第二受害者经历与支持的影响。方法2019年8-10月,便利抽样法选取湖南省某市349名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、第二受害者经历与支持量表及护士组织气氛感知量表对其进行问卷调查。结果本组护士第二受害者经历与支持总分为(2.83±0.50)分,护士组织气氛感知得分为(3.06±0.55)分。性别、医院级别、聘用方式以及每周工作时长不同的护士,其第二受害者经历与支持得分的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。第二受害者经历与支持总分和护士组织气氛感知得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。在控制一般资料的影响后,护士组织氛围感知中团队行为对第二受害者经历与支持有显著影响(P<0.01),可独立解释其13.0%的变异。结论护士经历不良事件后第二受害者痛苦水平较高,得到的亲友支持水平较低,且与护士组织氛围感知有一定关系。护理管理者可从组织管理层面采取适当的措施,改善临床护士的组织氛围感知,以减轻患者安全事件对护士第二受害者的负面影响。Objective To explore the impact of organizational atmosphere perception on the second victim’s experience and support.Methods From August to October in 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 349 nurses by convenience sampling method using the general information questionnaire,the Second Victim Experience and Support Tool,and the Nurse Organizational Climate Perception Scale.Results The second victim experience and support score and the nurse organization atmosphere perception score were(2.83±0.50)points and(3.06±0.55)points respectively;and the score differences were statistically significant for nurses of different sender,hospital,employment catesory and worktime(all P<0.05).The second victim experience,the support total score and the nurse organization atmosphere perception score were all negatively correlated(P<0.01).After controlling the influence of general data,the team behavior of the nurse organizational atmosphere perception had a significant impact on the second victim’s experience and support(P<0.01),and the 13.0%variation could be explained independently.Conclusions The second victim pain level is high after the nurse experienced an adverse event.which had a certain relationship with the nurse’s perception of the organization’s atmosphere and few support from relatives.Nursing administrators can take appropriate measures from the organizational management level to improve the organizational atmosphere perception of clinical nurses to reduce the negative impact of patient safety incidents on nurses’second victims.
