摘 要:成膜胺保护是一种实施过程简单、保护效果较好的停炉保护方式,但锅炉停运时成膜胺保护对温度有严格要求。此外,国家对大气NOx排放要求越来越严格,电网对机组停运时间也有着严格的规定。因此,在实施成膜胺保护过程中需要协同成膜胺保护工艺与脱硝设备运行控制。提出了成膜胺保护和NOx达标排放协同实施的关键技术路线,并通过对某600 MW锅炉停运过程中成膜胺保护的工艺过程优化,既保证了锅炉成膜的效果,确保了脱硝设备正常投运和NOx排放符合超低排放标准要求,同时在电网调度规定的时间内完成了机组的停运。Membrane-forming amine protection is a kind of shutdown protection method with simple implementation process and better protection effect.However,when the boiler is shut down,film-forming amine protection has strict requirements on temperature.In addition,the state has more and more strict requirements for NOx emission,and the power grid also has strict regulations for NOx emission in the process of unit shutdown.Therefore,during implementing membrane amine protection,it is necessary to cooperate with the process of membrane amine formation and the operation control of denitrification equipment.This paper puts forward to the key technical route to co-implement the film-forming amine protection and NOx emission meets the standard.By optimizing the process of film-forming amine protection during the shutdown of a 600 MW boiler,the film-forming effect of the boiler is guaranteed,the normal operation of denitrification equipment is ensured and NOx emission meets the requirements of ultra-low emission standard,and the shutdown of the unit is completed within the specified time of power grid dispatch.
