摘 要:为消除永磁同步电机模型预测转矩控制价值函数中的权值系数,本文提出了一种全速域永磁同步电机模型预测磁链控制方法。首先,建立了定子磁链与电磁转矩数学模型,将对磁链和转矩的同时控制转化为对定子磁链矢量的控制,从而消除了权重系数。在此基础上,通过q轴磁链无差拍计算占空比,完成双矢量模型预测磁链控制。进一步地,从最大转矩电流比控制以及弱磁控制的基本理论出发,设计了全速域价值函数,实现了内埋式PMSM的全速域控制。最后,仿真和实验结果证明了所提方案在基速以下时转矩脉动较小,并且电机全速域运行时具有较高的动态响应性能。In order to eliminate the weight factor of cost function in the model predictive torque control(MPTC)of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),this paper proposed a full-speed model predictive flux control(MPFC)for PMSM.Firstly,the mathematical model of stator flux and electromagnetic torque was established to convert the simultaneous control of flux and torque into the control of stator flux vector,thus eliminating the weighting factor.Combined with dead-beat control concept,the duty cycle of q-axis flux can be directly calculated to implement the two-vector model predictive flux control.Furthermore,according to the basic theory of maximum torque current ratio control as well as flux weakening control,the corresponding cost function in the full-speed range was designed,and the full-speed domain control of embedded PMSM was realized.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed scheme has a small torque ripple under the base speed and a high dynamic response performance when the motor is running in full speed range.
