摘　　要：AKD主要用作造纸的施胶剂,赋予纸张抗水性。而AKD因施胶熟化速度慢、易水解,限制了其进一步的扩大应用。本文综述近年来对AKD乳化工艺及自身性质的改进优化,增效/熟化剂的研发更新,使其更有利于在造纸上施胶应用。同时利用AKD改性用于纺织拒水剂、建筑涂料、水煤浆、环保木塑材料、纳米纤维素晶体材料等,提高性能,满足使用要求,也是AKD应用发展的趋势,具有一定的指导意义。AKD is mainly used as the sizing agent for papermaking,improving paper’s water-resistance performance.However,the slow curing rate and easy hydrolysis of AKD sizing limited its further application.This paper reviews the recent improvement and optimization of AKD emulsification process and its own properties,and the development and update of synergism and curing agent,which makes it more conducive to the sizing process.Meanwhile,AKD is also modified to be used in textile water repellent,architectural coatings,coal water slurry,WPC,CNCs,etc.It’s also the trend of AKD application to meet the requirements of various fields through performance upgrading,which also guides the future development of AKD application.
