摘　　要：目的探讨早期临床表现对缺血性脑卒中发病的预测及预防价值。方法通过方便抽样法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院门诊收治的280例脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,患者均随访1年,其中1年内发生与未发生缺血性脑卒中者各140例。行单因素、多因素及相关性分析,明确早期临床表现对缺血性脑卒中发病的预测及预防价值。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,单侧颜面麻木或无力、单侧手臂麻木或无力、突发发音模糊、突发不明原因胡言乱语、突发共济失调为影响缺血性脑卒中患者早期发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05),且以上症状持续时间越长,缺血性脑卒中的发生越早。结论对于合并有单侧颜面麻木或无力、单侧手臂麻木或无力、突发发音模糊、突发不明原因胡言乱语、突发共济失调者,尤其是发生后持续时间较长者,临床应重视并积极干预,以避免缺血性脑卒中的发生。Objective To explore the predictive and preventive value of early clinical manifestations for ischemic stroke.Methods Through convenient sampling method,280 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were followed up for 1 year,among them,140 cases with ischemic stroke and 140 cases without ischemic stroke within 1 year.Univariate,multivariate and correlation analysis were performed to determine the predictive and preventive value of early clinical manifestations for ischemic stroke.Results The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that unilateral facial numbness or weakness,unilateral arm numbness or weakness,sudden blurring of pronunciation,sudden unexplained gibberish and sudden ataxia were independent risk factors for early onset of ischemic stroke(P<0.05),and the longer the duration of the above symptoms,the earlier the occurrence of ischemic stroke.Conclusion For patients with unilateral facial numbness or weakness,unilateral arm numbness or weakness,sudden blurring of pronunciation,sudden unexplained gibberish and sudden ataxia,especially those with a longer duration after occurrence,clinical should pay attentions and actively intervene to avoid the occurrence of ischemic stroke.
