摘　　要：目的探讨儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的脑电图及神经心理特征情况。方法将120例ADHD患儿设为观察组;将同时期的120例健康体检儿童设为对照组。研究对象均接受脑电图检测、简易修订版WCST、方块图敲击测试。分析两组脑电图及神经心理特征情况。结果观察组中,经脑电图检查异常的有77例(64.17%),其中轻度脑电图异常42例(35.00%),表现为调幅不佳、波动不规则,θ波弥漫增多;中重度脑电图异常35例(29.17%),表现为形态不规则,高波幅增多。对照组的完成分类数、第一次分类应答数、总正确率、时间、规则坚持失败数、坚持性错误率、持续性应答数、概念化水平均优于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组的逆向得分、逆向答题数、顺向得分、顺向答题数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ADHD患儿大部分存在脑电图异常,且存在明显工作记忆、语言工作记忆受损。Objective To explore the electroencephalogram and neuropsychological characteristics of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 120 children with ADHD were seted as observation group,and 120 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the same period were seted as control group.All objects were tested by electroencephalogram,simple revised WCST and block diagram tapping test.The electroencephalogram and neuropsychological characteristics of the two groups were analyzed.Results The 77 cases(64.17%)had abnormal electroencephalogram examination result in the observation group,among them,42 cases(35.00%)had mild electroencephalogram abnormality,which showed poor amplitude modulation,irregular fluctuations and diffusely increasedθwaves;35 cases(29.17%)with moderate and severe electroencephalogram abnormality showed irregular shapes and increased high amplitude.The number of completed classification,the number of first classified answers,total accuracy,time,number of rule adherence failures,persistent error rate,continuous response number and conceptualization level in the control group were better than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The reverse score,the number of reverse answers,the forward scores and the number of forward answers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of ADHD children have abnormal electroencephalogram,and obvious impairment of working memory and language working memory.
