摘　　要：水产养殖用兽药及其他投入品的使用直接关系到水产品的质量安全,为进一步提升投入品监管和质量安全水平,本研究结合实际工作,分析了2017—2019年水产养殖用兽药及其他投入品安全隐患排查情况。结果显示:中国水产养殖用兽药及其他投入品产品种类繁杂,其中水产养殖用化学药品、中草药、饲料和所谓“非药品”“动保产品”等非规范药品等4大类投入品添加风险物质占比较高,主要添加物质为恩诺沙星和氟苯尼考等限用药物,少数投入品存在添加喹乙醇、五氯酚钠、硝基呋喃、氯霉素等禁用药物及氧氟沙星等停用药物的现象。建议强化源头监管,加强风险排查,做好宣传引导,加大科研投入,推行健康养殖,以提升水产养殖用投入品监管及水产品质量安全水平,促进水产养殖业绿色健康发展。Aquaculture veterinary drugs and other inputs are directly related to the quality safety of aquatic products.In order to further improve the level of input supervision and quality safety,the inspection data of aquaculture veterinary drugs and other inputs in 2017-2019 were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that the kinds of aquaculture veterinary drugs and other inputs in China are multifarious.The main risk substances in aquaculture chemicals,Chinese herbal medicines,feed and non-standard drugs were enrofloxacin and florfenicol.Some of inputs were added with the prohibited drugs(such as olaquindox,sodium pentachlorophenol,nitrofuran,chloramphenicol or ofloxacin).In the future supervision,it’s necessary to strengthen source supervision and risk investigation,intensify publicity and guidance,increase investment in scientific research,and promote green and healthy aquaculture.This study provided a reference for improving the supervision of aquaculture inputs and the level of quality safety of aquatic products,which can promote the green and healthy development of aquaculture.
