摘 要:薄壁梁理论的数值分析方法广泛应用于中小型集装箱船弯扭总纵强度分析,然而其对于具有大量复杂台阶结构的大型集装箱船的适用性有待进一步验证。为解决此问题,本文提出了整船三维有限元弯扭翘曲应力计算方法,通过建立节点力平衡方程,实现规范设计弯矩和扭矩加载,计算船体翘曲变形时的正应力。通过实船计算,整船三维有限元翘曲应力计算结果与薄壁梁理论数值分析法计算的翘曲应力吻合较好,从而验证了本文的计算方法和薄壁梁理论的数值分析方法均可适用于大型集装箱船弯扭总纵强度分析。Numerical method based on thin-walled beam theory is widely used in the analysis of the longitudinal strength for small and medium-sized container ships,but its applicability in large container ships with a large number of complex step structures needs further verification.This paper proposes a calculation method of warping stress for the whole ship based on three-dimensional finite element.Calculation results of the warping stress are in good agreement with that by the numerical method based on the thin-walled beam theory,so as to verify the applicability of both methods in the analysis of longitudinal strength for large container ships with consideration of bending and torsion.
