摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对安徽省本科高校健美操运动队进行调查分析,并提出运动队建设路径。结果表明:部分高校对运动队不重视或重视程度不高,经费来源不足且渠道单一,场地设施有待加强。多数高校缺乏长期系统地训练,参加高水平赛事较少。教练员带队动机明确,个别教练员参加培训次数较少,运动员以高年级学生为主,具有良好的训练动机,但运动等级偏低。"两员"对学校的激励政策满意度不高。This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate and analyze the aerobics team in undergraduate colleges and universities in Anhui Province, and puts forward the path of sports team construction. The results show that some colleges and universities do not attach importance to sports teams or pay less attention to them, the sources of funds are insufficient and the channels are single, and the site facilities need to be strengthened. Most colleges and universities lack long-term systematic training and participate in high-level events. Coaches have clear motivation to lead the team, individual coaches participate in less training times, athletes are mainly senior students, and they have good training motivation, but the sports grade is on the low side. "Two members" to the school incentive policy satisfaction is not high.
