摘　　要：G蛋白偶联受体(GPR)120是GPR这一大类细胞膜蛋白家族中最神秘的一种,其广泛参与了抗炎、激素分泌调节、糖脂代谢、细胞增殖等细胞病理生理过程。目前,恶性肿瘤发病率逐渐上升,其侵袭转移的特性给治疗造成极大障碍,给社会及家庭带来巨大负担。而GPR120及其配体ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)关系密切,GPR120通过调控多个信号通路参与肿瘤细胞生长增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移和耐药等生物学过程。因此,了解ω-3 PUFA/GPR120在肿瘤中的侵袭转移作用可为肿瘤研究提供一定指导。未来需进一步研究ω-3 PUFA/GPR120在肿瘤中所涉及的上下游分子靶点和具体信号通路,以及ω-3 PUFA/GPR120在肿瘤的早期诊断、侵袭及预后评估、靶向精准治疗方面的作用,以期优化肿瘤评估、治疗方案。G protein-coupled receptor(GPR)120 is the most mysterious of the GPR family of cell membrane proteins.It is widely involved in cell pathophysiological processes such as anti-inflammation,hormone secretion regulation,glucose and lipid metabolism and cell proliferation.At present,the incidence of malignant tumors is gradually increasing,and the characteristics of invasion and metastasis have caused great obstacles to the treatment bringing a huge burden on the society and families.GPR120 and its ligandω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(ω-3 PUFA)are closely related.GPR120 participates in biological processes such as tumor cell growth and proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis,and drug resistance by regulating multiple signaling pathways.Therefore,understanding the invasion and metastasis ofω-3 PUFA/GPR120 in tumors can provide some guidance for the tumor research.In the future,it is necessary to further study the upstream and downstream molecular targets and specific signaling pathways involved inω-3 PUFA/GPR120 in tumors,and the role ofω-3 PUFA/GPR120 in the early diagnosis,invasion and prognosis assessment,and targeted precision therapy of tumors,in order to optimize tumor assessment and treatment options.
