摘　　要：急性缺血性卒中(AIS)是中国的主要卒中亚型,时间窗内的静脉溶栓及机械取栓是其主要治疗方法。得益于新型多模式影像技术的进步,相关研究成果拓宽了AIS的治疗时间窗,促进了临床治疗理念的革新,在AIS指南的制定与更新进程中具有重要意义。该文系统综述多模式CT在AIS患者中的研究现状及进展,并预测其在AIS诊治方面的应用价值与前景,以推动多模式CT在临床中的应用,加速AIS患者个体精准化诊治进程。Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is the main stroke subtype in China.The primary therapeutic methods include intravenous thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy in the time window.With the benefits from the advancement of new multimode imaging technology,a series of research achievements have prolonged the time window of AIS treatment and revolutionized the theories of clinical therapy,which plays an important role in the update of AIS guidelines.The article aims to systematically review the research progress of multimodal CT applied in patients with AIS and predict its application prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of AIS,in order to promote the clinical application of multimodal CT and accelerate the individualized diagnosis and treatment of AIS patients.
