摘 要:基于观测器的故障诊断技术,对楼宇中恒压供水控制系统的执行器故障进行研究.首先,建立楼宇恒压供水控制系统模型,将模型的不确定性以及干扰等统一作为系统的未知状态输入,通过设计具有李普希茨约束条件的广义系统全维观测器,用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)给出了系统状态误差是全局渐近稳定的充分条件.其次,为了消除非线性和未知干扰对系统的影响,利用H∞观测器解决了阈值的设计问题并结合解耦合的方法得到系统对扰动信号不敏感而对故障量敏感的残差信号,从而实现了对系统执行器的鲁棒故障诊断.最后,利用MATLAB对楼宇恒压供水控制系统进行仿真.从仿真图中可以看到,当残差信号超过所设阈值而且继续增长时表明系统发生了故障,验证了所提方法是有效的.Based on observer of the fault diagnosis technology,the actuator fault of constant pressure water supply control system in buildings has been studied in this paper.Firstly,the model of building constant pressure water supply control system is established,and the uncertainties and disturbances of the model are unified as the unknown state inputs of the system.By designing a full-dimensional observer for descriptor systems with Lipschitz constraints,the sufficient conditions for the systemstate error to be globally asymptotically stable are given by using linear matrix inequality(LMI).Secondly,the nonlinear and unknown disturbances are eliminated.For the influence of the system,the H∞observer has been used to solve the design problem of threshold and the residual signal which is insensitive to disturbance signal but sensitive to fault is obtained by decoupling method.Thus,the robust fault diagnosis of the system actuator is realized.Finally,the building constant pressure water supply control system is simulated by using MATLAB.From the simulation diagram,it can be seen that when the residual signal exceeds the set threshold and continues to grow,the system fails,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
