用生态建构思维推进新时代企业生态文明建设

摘　　要：日益严峻的生态环境问题呼唤企业进行生态化变革,推动企业树立绿色发展理念、形成生态建构思维方式,强化生态主体责任意识。生态建构思维是作为生态主体的企业在理性分析、思考和处理生态环境问题的基础上,对生态系统进行体系性建构的思维方式,是习近平总书记多次强调的治理环境问题的重要思想方法。本文坚持理念、思维与实践相统一的方法论原则,梳理引导和推进企业按照管理科学化、现代化规律实现从传统向新时代转型的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑,提出新时代企业应根据生态动态平衡规律,明确同节能环保要求相适应的多种生态化经营理念和战略决策,引导企业追求可持续发展的长期价值和合理布局;依据生态系统保护规律,构建多层次的绿色低碳循环发展经济体系,谋求资源的企业循环、区域循环、国内循环和跨国循环,推进企业节能降耗、提高资源开发利用效率;依据生态文明理念,从主体文明、客体文明及主客体交互文明的多维度视角构建生态化立体型的企业文化体系,推进企业围绕社会主义核心价值观提升文化软实力,从而形成新时代先进的现代企业生态文明经营管理模式,为进一步促进各企业经济发展方式转变提供切实可行的决策参考。The increasingly severe problems of ecological environment call for enterprises to carry out ecological transformation,to adopt the green development ideology and eco‑constructive thinking,and to strengthen the ecological subject responsibility consciousness.Eco‑constructive thinking is a thinking mode attaching importance to ecosystem construction based on the rational analysis,consideration and handling of ecological environment problems,which is an important way of thinking to address environment problems stressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Upholding the unity principle in methodology of ideology,thinking and practice,this paper analyzes the historical,theoretical and practical logic of guiding and promoting enterprises to realize the transformation from tradition to new era according to the rule of scientific and modern management.It proposes that enterprises in the new era should adopt ecological management mindset and strategic decisions corresponding to the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection based on the rule of ecological dynamic balance.Enterprises should be guided to pursue the long‑term profits and reasonable layout of sustainable development.Based on the rule of systematic ecological protection,a multi‑level green and low‑carbon circular development economic system should be established to seek the enterprise circulation,regional circulation,domestic circulation and transnational circulation of resources and promote the energy conservation and consumption reduction of enterprises and improve the efficiency of resource development and utilization.It is also suggested to develop enterprise culture from the multi perspectives of subject civilization,object civilization and subject‑object interactive civilization based on the concept of ecological civilization.The soft power advantages of enterprises can be enhanced with the focus on the social core values so as to form an advanced modern enterprise ecological civilization management mode in the new era and t
