摘　　要：融媒体时代,高职院校加强思想文化阵地建设是巩固马克思主义意识形态主体地位的内在要求,是顺应网络技术发展潮流的客观要求,也是推动高职思想文化工作的必然要求。面对监管合力、资源力量、人才队伍、生产效能等方面存在的问题,高职院校可以坚持机制为先、内容为王、倚重人才、依托平台的建设理念,通过融机制、融内容、融队伍、融平台,优化管理、明确方向、加强协作、推动整合,打造健康向上的育人环境,强化思想政治教育效果。In the age of media convergence,strengthening the construction of ideological and cultural front in higher vocational colleges is the internal requirement of consolidating the dominant position of Marxist ideology,the objective requirement of conforming to the trend of network technology,and the inevitable requirement of promoting the ideological and cultural work in higher vocational colleges.In order to solve the problems existed in supervision,resource maintenance,talent team and production efficiency,higher vocational colleges shall adhere to the construction concepts of mechanism first,content first,relying on talents and relying on platform.By integrating mechanism,content,team and platform,it can optimize management,clarify direction,strengthen cooperation,promote integration,create a healthy and upward education environment and ultimately strengthen the effect of political education.
