摘  要:在信息化条件下,计算机网络战作为现代化战争必不可少的作战样式,时刻贯穿于平时与战时之间。对网络战效能进行有效评估可以丰富网络攻击和防御相关策略,促进网络安全性能的提高,对现代化作战有十分着重要的意义。网络中节点数量的损毁数量直接决定网络战的作战效果,而损毁节点的重要性越高、数量越多,则完成的作战效果越好,与之对应的作战效能就越高。论文结合基于层级分析法的攻击效能评估、基于PageRank的防御效能推断和基于LSSVM的网络节点损毁判断,得出在不同策略下、不同时间内对网络造成何种程度的破坏,即网络战的作战效能,并通过仿真实验验证了网络战效能评估方法的准确性和可行性。Under the condition of informationization,computer network warfare takes as an indispensable mode of modern war⁃fare,runs through peacetime and wartime at all times.Effective evaluation of network warfare effectiveness can enrich network at⁃tack and defense related strategies,and promote the improvement of network security performance,which is of great significance to modern warfare.The number of damaged nodes in the network directly determine the combat effectiveness of network warfare.The more important and the more damaged nodes are,the better the combat effectiveness will be and the higher the corresponding com⁃bat effectiveness will be.The paper combines the attack effectiveness evaluation based on the hierarchical analysis method,the de⁃fense effectiveness inference based on PageRank,and the network node damage judgment based on LSSVM,and it is concluded that the degree of damage to the network under different strategies and different times is the battle of cyber warfare.The simulation experi⁃ment verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the cyber warfare effectiveness evaluation method.
