摘　　要：教育硕士的培养目标是培养具有现代教育教学理论且具备较强实践教学能力的中小学课程骨干教师.本文针对教育硕士研究生培养过程中存在的问题,在充分考虑办学单位、政府部门和社会反馈的基础上,按照各主体的责权关系,构建了一种"多方协调、多元共治"教育硕士研究生质量保障机制,确保教育硕士教育持续健康发展.The objective of the master of education is to train the backbone teachers about primary and middle school curriculums with modern educational teaching theory and strong practical teaching ability.Considering the problems existing in the training process of the Ed.M.and the feedback from school units,governments and society,and in accordance with the relationship of responsibility and authority of each subject,this article establishes a"Multi-Party Collaboration and Multiple Co-governance"quality assurance mechanism for the Ed.M.,in order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the Ed.M.in education.
