摘  要:通过研究胶姆糖在载药前后物性特征的变化,考察其是否可作为药用咀嚼胶载体。选用市售制备工艺成熟、口感较好的胶姆糖作为药用咀嚼胶基质,加入不同物态天麻制备为药用咀嚼胶,从硬度、延伸性和粘弹性3个方面与空白胶姆糖对照,观察其载药前后物性特征的变化。胶姆糖分别加入天麻粉末和浸膏后,其硬度和粘弹性均有极显著的变化,加入天麻粉末对胶基延伸性无显著影响,而加入天麻浸膏则使胶基的延伸性有显著提高。加入不同物态药物对胶姆糖的物性特征影响不同,通过对胶姆糖物理特性进行分析可知,从硬度和粘弹性角度考虑,胶姆糖不适合作为载药基质,而从延伸性考虑,胶姆糖有望作为粉末类药物的载体。The experiment studied the changes of the physical properties of gum before and after medicine loading to see whether it can be used as the drug carrier of medicated chewing gum.In this experiment,the gum with mature technology and good taste was used as the experimental matrix,and different state medicine substances were added to prepare the medicated chewing gum.The physical characteristics of the gum before and after medicine loading were compared with the blank gum from three aspects of hardness,extensibility and viscoelasticity.The hardness and viscoelasticity of commercial gum were significantly changed when added Gastrodia powder and extract.The addition of Gastrodia powder had no significant effect on extensibility of gum,while the addition of Gastrodia extract significantly improved the extensibility of gum.The effect of adding different state substances on the physical properties of the gum performed differently.It can be speculated that the gum is not suitable to be used as the drug carrier from the perspective of hardness and viscoelasticity,but from the perspective of extensibility,the gum is expected to be used as the carrier of powder drugs.
