摘  要:目的探讨团体心理辅导对改善一年级儿科规培住院医师心理状况的作用。方法选取某三级甲等专科医院的一年级儿科规培住院医师89人,将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组在半年内进行三次团体心理辅导活动,对照组不采取任何心理干预活动,使用简易应对方式问卷、交往焦虑量表和领悟社会支持量表测量两组研究对象的心理健康情况。结果两组住院医师在积极应对、消极应对和领悟社会支持得分的差异均有统计学意义,交往焦虑得分的差异无统计学意义。结论团体心理辅导活动能改善一年级儿科规培住院医师的应对方式和领悟社会支持情况。Objective To investigate the effect of group guidance on improving the psychological status of first-year pediatric residents.Methods First-year pediatric residents of a third grade of specialized hospital were divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group carried on three group counselling activities within half a year,while the control group did not receive any psychological intervention.Simple coping style questionnaire,interaction anxiety scale and perceived social support scale were used to measure both groups'mental health.Results There were significant differences in the scores of positive coping,negative coping and perceived social support between the two groups,but no statistically significant differences in the scores of association anxiety.Conclusion Group guidance can improve coping style and perception of social support among first-year pediatric residents.
