摘　　要：重性精神疾病具有病程长、易复发和致残率高等特点。作为一种需要长期规范服药和持续参与康复的疾病,精神疾病的治疗和康复必须更多依靠社区和家庭支持。通过对第三方社会组织参与社区严重精神障碍患者的康复服务过程和效果进行梳理,探索医院-社区-家庭一体化社会组织介入模式,为完善社区严重精神障碍患者的多方位康复提供依据。Severe mental illness has the characteristics of long course,high recurrence and disability rate.As a di-sease that requires long-term regulation of medication and sustained participation in rehabilitation,the treatment and rehabilitation of mental illness must rely more on community and family support.This study combed the process and effect of rehabilitation services for social organizations involved in community patients with severe mental disorders,and explored the model of hospital-community-family integration social organization intervention in order to provide evidence for improving the multi-directional rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders in the community.
