摘 要:目的:考察维拉帕米对耐泰乐菌素木糖葡萄球菌、耐阿奇霉素木糖葡萄球菌的药物增敏性。方法:利用阿奇霉素和泰乐菌素两种大环内酯类抗生素诱导木糖葡萄球菌耐药菌株。通过倍比稀释法测定维拉帕米的剂量与加入时间对耐药菌株最小抑菌浓度(MIC值)影响情况。结果:维拉帕米对木糖葡萄球菌的MIC值无影响,而0.5mg/mL的维拉帕米能显著降低2种耐药菌株MIC值,提前2h加入0.25mg/mL维拉帕米也可以降低2种耐药菌株MIC值。结论:维拉帕米可以增强耐药木糖葡萄球菌对药物的敏感性,且这种影响作用与药物加入的时间、剂量具有一定相关性。Objective:To observe the effect of verapamil on reducing bacterial resistance of 2 drug-resistant xylose staphylococcus.Methods:Two strains of xylose staphylococcus were respectively induced in vitro by tylosin and azithromycin.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)were tested by dilution method with different concentrations and administration timing of verapamil.Results:The MIC of drug-resistant xylose staphylococcus were significantly decreased after 0.5mg/mL verapamil added.If The drug-resistant xylose staphylococcus were cultivated 2h with 0.25mg/mL verapamil before tylosin and azithromycin added,the MIC values of drugs against xylose staphylococcus reduced significantly.Conclusions:Verapamil can enhanced the drug sensitivity of drug-resistant xylose staphylococcus,and this effect is correlated with the time and dose of drug.
